Whilst technically free men, the Factory Workers still owe their jobs and their homes to the factory owners.
There are a variety of Trade Unions dedicated to improving conditions and wages for Workers. There are also the more extreme groups such as The Worker's Vanguard.
The majority of Factory Workers are human, however Orcs are also employed for their physical strength.
